I learned about Earth Horiscopes from my friend and author, JoElle Martin, http://www.joellemartin.com/. After locating my season Equinox and birth moon phase, I discovered that I'm a Gryphon: An inquisitive nature and unending patience make the Gryphon a natural student of nature. The Gryphon is cheerful and eternally optimistic. I found the description surprisingly accurate - as I love learning, nature, and everyone calls me the eternal optimist! Thanks for sharing the Earthscope philosophy!

I am not sure which one I am earth, air, or fire. I do know that I am not water because I have always feared the water. I do like the earth and the change of season, I like the air in which you can smell when a storm is coming or when you can tell that fall is in the air, but I have also been fascinated by fire in which you can put your finger through a flame without it burning and how much light a candle with a little flame can produce. So which is my basic birth element?

I have a fairy site called Bramble Icewitch at http://brambleicewitch.ning.com and I was looking for horoscopes for fairies to put in the birthday group. Stop by and check me out. I always link back to where I found my information and thank you for sharing your love for the fae

My sign turned out to be Summer, Water. So that made to be a Hippocampus. Mostly true.
